The frontman spoke with ‘Men’s Health’ and detailed what he does to stay in shape.
Naturally, he has a trainer who works with him in the morning five to six times a week.
While he doesn’t do weight lifting or running anymore due to various injuries, he now works a lot with resistance bands to help maintain flexibility.
