The Northwest Ohio Educational Service Board of Education met recently, and before their session got underway, they observed a moment of silence for Carol Kleck of rural Fulton County, who passed away recently. Carol Kleck had served her local school district Evergreen, on their board of education for 16 years. She was also a member of the Fulton County and Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center board of education for 32 years. And she represented Fulton County on the Four County Career Center board of education for 28 years.
