The Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated a fatal crash early Friday morning in Fulton County.The accident occurred at 4:45am Friday at the intersection of Fulton County roads D and 13 , just outside of Wauseon.Troopers report 42 year old Corey L. Strickler of Delta was southbound on road 13, and pulled into the path of a westbound auto driven by 19 year old Amber Lauch of Swanton.Corey Strickler suffered critical injuries, and was pronounced dead at the scene.Amber Lauch sustained serious injuries, and was transported from the scene by Life Flight to St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
