WEEKEND TRAFFIC NEWS

The Henry County Sheriff’s office investigated an injury accident over the holiday weekend.  Friday afternoon around 2:25pm, a car and motorcycle collided at county roads 16 and R.  70 year old Kenneth Hein of Chelsea, Michigan was operating a motorcycle and pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by 66 year old Mario Gonzales of Wauseon.  Kenneth Hein suffered serious injuries; and was taken from the scene by Life Flight, and transported to St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.

The Henry County Sheriff’s office also reports a theft was filed from 775 South Haley Street in McClure from late Friday afternoon, when a mower was stolen from a shed.

An arrest was made Sunday around 1:15pm on South Pine Street in Deshler, where 29 year old Craig Wagenhauser, Jr. of Deshler was charged with Domestic Violence.  Wagenhauser was transported to CCNO.

                   And a burglary sent Henry County deputies to 495 Coldwater Street in McClure on Monday just before 6pm, where a tv and guitar were stolen from the residence.

Napoleon Police made an arrest Friday evening on a traffic stop on North Scott Street.  30 year old Michael Zapata of Napoleon, and 30 year old Michael Donnelly of Napoleon were both charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.  It was also found that Donnelly was wanted on a warrant from Fulton County, with bond posted.

Another traffic stop was made Monday just before midnight on Appian Avenue, where 24 year old Leah Murphy of Napoleon was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Paraphanalia.
