An arrest was made over the weekend following an incident near Deshler Saturday evening. The Henry County Sheriff’s office was called to the location along road F at 7:05pm, where 27 year old Jerrica McFann of Deshler was charged with Domestic Violence. McFann was transported to the regional jail.
Two fatal accidents were investigated in the region over the weekend. Saturday afternoon at 12:08pm, a collision occurred in Lucas County, taking the life of 78 year old Josephine Kneisley of Toledo. Kneisley died of her injuries in the two-vehicle crash at St. Vincent Medical Center.
Then on Sunday in Wood County, a rollover accident occurred on Bays Road at 9:25pm. 34 year old Nathan Lee of Portage was ejected from the vehicle and suffered critical injuries. Lee was pronounced dead at Toledo Hospital.
Napoleon Police made an arrest on Friday on Maumee Lane, where 19 year old Myranda Smith of Napoleon was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Paraphanalia.
A shoplifting incident Friday afternoon at 1815 Scott Street led to the arrest of 34 year old Todd Johnson of Defiance, charged with Theft.
At 9:10pm Friday, Napoleon officers made an arrest on Dodd Street, where 28 year old John Ruark, II of Napoleon was charged with Domestic Violence. Ruark was transported to CCNO.
A traffic stop at 12:10am Saturday led to charges of Possession of Drugs for 18 year old Austin Navarre of Napoleaon and a 17 year old Juvenile.
At 3:26am Saturday, Napoleon Police made a traffic stop at 485 North Perry Street, where 21 year old Mathias Peterson of ARchbold was cited for two counts of Improper Handling of Firearms in a Vehicle.
And Napoleon Police issued a summons to court for 42 year old Christopher Butler of Napoleon on two counts of Theft.
