The village of Holgate is still taking applications for those interested in filling a vacant seat on the town council. Those letters of interest should be submitted to the municipal building in Holgate by noon on December 5th.
Brush pickup in Holgate will be the last Friday of the month, and items should be at the curb by 8am those days.
ODOT has committed funding to replace the bridge on Elm Street in Holgate, scheduled for construction in 2020. The village would pay 15% of the project, and ODOT would pickup the remaining cost.
Holgate Council will have one meeting next month, scheduled for December 12th.
