SEPTEMBER 2017 RAINFALL IS SLIM

It was a very dry month of September across northwest Ohio.  Only 1.76 inches of rain was recorded last month, which is about 1.2 inches below normal.   There were 7 days of recorded precipitation, and most of that barely wet the pavement.  But despite the dry September, through nine months of the year, rainfall is still running 6 inches above normal in 2017.   The average precipitation in October is 3.09 inches.
