The Henry County Sheriff’s office investigated a break-in reported on road Q last night after 9pm. A bike was stolen from a storage building on the property.
An accident sent deputies to investigate on road 424 at 11:21am Tuesday, where 23 year old Adam Beverly of Toledo was cited for Failure to Control. No injuries were reported.
A forgery incident was filed from a location in McClure on state route 65 over the noon-hour yesterday.
A telephone harassment complaint was checked-out on road P near Napoleon at 9:44pm Tuesday.
Another harassment incident was filed from Squire Street in Holgate at 10pm last night.
Napoleon Police investigated a sex complaint reported in the city at 12:51pm Tuesday. The case involved a 15 year old female victim, in an assault that allegedly occurred in 2016 in Napoleon, with the assailant also a juvenile.
A telephone harassment incident was checked-out on Meekison Street just before 10am yesterday.
A domestic dispute sent Napoleon officers to Holly Hill Drive after 3:30pm Tuesday, with no charges filed.
And a warning was issued for disorderly conduct at 323 East Clinton Street just before 9pm last night.
