1 cup creamy coleslaw
4 slices rye bread
8 ounces sliced cooked smoked turkey
1/4 pound sliced Swiss cheese (4)
3 tablespoon soft unsalted butter
Butter one side of bread and heat pan on medium low heat. Place butter side down and place swiss cheese on top of bread. Place coleslaw atop swiss cheese then smoked turkey. Place remaining bread atop that, butter side up.
When bottom bread is golden brown, carefully flip sandwich on to other buttered side of bread and repeat process till golden brown. Serve immediately.
