A Napoleon man is facing a Felony-1 count of Rape after his arraignment in Napoleon Municipal Court on Friday. Bond was set at $275,000 for 34 year old Andrew S. Koder of Napoleon. Koder was charged with Rape and Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles; in connection with alleged crimes that occurred between June 2025, and February of this year. The sexual offenses allegedly occurred in Harrison Township of Henry County, and involved juvenile victims.
Andrew Koder is scheduled back in court for a Preliminary Hearing in Municipal Court on February 19th.
