Defiance County Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray has announced the release of the following information regarding certain pending Criminal matters:
Prosecutor Murray has announced that Emma N. Littleton, a 26 year old Defiance woman, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for multiple counts of Gross Sexual Imposition.
Emma N. Littleton-age 26-Sentenced for Five Counts of Gross Sexual Imposition-F3’s to serve 12 months at ODRC, was classified as a Tier II sex offender – requiring registration for a period of 25 years, zero days jail credit, costs. It was also ordered that when Littleton is released from ODRC, she shall report to the Defiance Co. Adult Probation Dept. w/in 1 business day of her release and serve 4 years of Intensive Supervision Probation, with 180 months at ODRC reserved in the event of a violation of CCS, no bars/alcohol, not obtain/possess/use cannabis or cannabis products, no unsupervised contact with any juveniles w/o the express permission of her Supervising Officer, no contact (direct or indirect) with victim or victim’s family, enter into and successfully complete residential treatment as directed by her Supervising Officer. According to Murray, between April 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016, at a residence in Defiance, Littleton had sexual contact with a juvenile under the age of thirteen on multiple occasions.
