DEFIANCE MAN KILLED IN TWO-VEHICLE CRASH NORTH OF NAPOLEON LAST FRIDAY

A Defiance man was killed in a two-vehicle collision north of Napoleon Friday afternoon.  The Henry County Sheriff’s Office investigated the crash around 4:20pm Friday on State Route 108, near County Road U.  44 year old James Wagner of Defiance was southbound on Route 108, when his vehicle travelled left-of-center, and into the path of an oncoming semi. James Wagner suffered critical injuries; and was pronounced dead at the scene. Napoleon Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene; along with the Henry County Coroner, and ODOT.
