6 INDICTED IN NW OHIO COUNTERFEITING SCHEME THAT HIT DEFIANCE AND BRYAN

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office, along with the Williams County Prosecutor have announced the indictment of six persons in connection with a counterfeiting scheme in northwest Ohio.  The suspects are accused of theft, identity fraud, cashing forged checks, counterfeiting bank cards, and making purchases with counterfeit bills.   The alleged crimes took place from June 2022 to January 2023 in Defiance, Bryan, Montpelier, Archbold, and Pioneer.

Charged with 9 felonies is 21 year old Cooper Rademacher of Pioneer.

22 year old Kalie Gibler of Montpelier is charged with 9 felonies.

23 year old Dion Fleet of Montpelier is accused in 3 felonies.

20 year old Dale Champion of Montpelier is facing 3 felony counts.

Also charged is 23 year old Noah Frisby, address unknown, on two felony counts. And 23 year old Brandon Randolph of Toledo is accused in three felonies. 

Williams County Prosecutor Katherine Zartman and Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced the indictments.
