Sentences were handed down in multiple drug and sexual offense cases from Defiance County Common Pleas Court recently. Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray reports 19 year old Jamison Crysel of Defiance was sentenced to 48 months in prison, after a conviction for Sexual Battery. Crysel was classified as a Tier-3 sex offender.
32 year old Donell L. Smith Jr. of Defiance was convicted of Aggravated Robbery, and Felonious Assault, with a firearm specification. Smith was sentenced to 22 to 27 ½ years in prison.
24 year old Jose L. Pedroza of Napoleon was sentenced to 4 years and 11 months in prison, after his conviction for multiple counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, and three counts of Corrupting Another with Drugs.
46 year old Bobbie J. Spilker of Montpelier was convicted of Burglary and Attempted Felonious Assault. Spilker was sentenced to 48 months in prison.
20 year old Michael J. Lash of Defiance was sentenced to at least 54 months in prison for Burglary and Grand Theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordinance.
35 year old Casey J. Billinglsey of Ft. Wayne was convicted of Aggravated Robbery, and was sentenced to 8 to 12 years in prison.
41 year old Jeremy Lindeman of Cloverdale was sentenced to 6 to 11 years in prison, after his conviction for Corrupting another with Drugs, and two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.
And 42 year old Jessica M. Muddiman of Sandusky was convicted of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, Theft, and Passing Bad Checks. Muddiman was sentenced for 6 to 11 years in prison.
