ARREST IN LIBERTY CENTER ARMED ROBBERY FROM MARCH 30TH

An investigation by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office has led to the arrest of three suspects in connection with the Armed Robbery at the Circle K Carryout in Liberty Center on March 30th of this year.    Taken into custody were 22 year old Kyle Gaynor of Delta, 29 year old Melvin Rayoum of Napoleon and Toledo, and 25 year old Wayne Mullins of Toledo.   Kyle Gaynor was arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court on bond of a quarter-million dollars, and charged with Aggravated Robbery, a first degree felony.  Gaynor is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 13th.                   Although the suspects in the armed robbery were wearing masks, and there was limited information on their description, the Henry County Sheriff’s office was able to follow up on other information to make the arrests.   The sheriff’s office thanked these departments for assisting them: Napoleon Police, Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Delta Police, and the U.S. Marshall’s office.
