The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 20 persons on March 9th after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray. Some of those indictments included:
31 year old Jacy A. Barnwell of Cecil, for Gross Sexual Imposition and Burglary, in alleged crimes that occurred February 23rd in Hicksville
45 year old Stephanie L. Charles of Defiance was indicted for Burglary and Menacing by Stalking, in alleged crimes that occurred on Langlan Drive in Defiance.
45 year old Shane Jeffreys of Defiance was indicted for Compelling Prostitution, for an alleged crime on Darbyshire Drive in Defiance, where a female was compelled to engage in sexual activity for hire.
And 32 year old Thymithy A. Boroff of Defiance was indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury for Receiving Stolen Property, and for Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
