A Hicksville man has been indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury for Rape and Gross Sexual Imposition. 55 year old Marco A. Co Beb Co of Hicksville is facing the felony sexual assault charges, allegedly involving a victim under the age of 13. The alleged crimes occurred at a residence in Hicksville from February 2018 through May 2019.The Defiance County Grand Jury indictments also included:
19 year old Elvin Yaxcal of Hicksville for Interference with Custody.
48 year old Lisa Poll of Hillsdale, Michigan was indicted for two counts of Intimidation.
45 year old Kendrick Thomas of Napoleon was indicted for Domestic Violence, and Menacing by Stalking.
33 year old Elliot Simmons now being held at CCNO, was indicted for Domestic Violence, and Attempted Felonious Assault.
43 year old Sean Miller of Napoleon was indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury for Felonious Assault, and Attempted Felonious Assault.
And 30 year old Nathan Gallant of Defiance was indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.
