The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 19 persons after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray. Included in the indictments was 32 year old Donell L. Smith, Jr. of Defiance for Aggravated Robbery and Felonious Assault. It’s alleged Smith caused serious physical harm to another subject on Madison Avenue in Defiance on September 2nd while trying to steal from the victim. And it’s alleged he brandished a firearm while committing the crime.
23 year old Terrell M. McKinsey of Defiance was indicted for Burglary and Violating a Protection Order.
And 20 year old Brendon C. Imhoof of Defiance was indicted on three counts of Illegal Use of a Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity Oriented Material.
