The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 13 persons after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray. Some of the indictments include:
33 year old Dustin J. Altman of Defiance was indicted for Abduction, two counts of Domestic Violence, and another count of Attempted Felonious Assault. Altman has a prior conviction for Menacing by Stalking.
38 year old Roger L. Starr of Defiance was indicted for Burglary, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
35 year old Nathan A. Hornish, and 27 year old Lexy D. Wells, both of Antwerp, were each indicted by the Defiance County Grand Jury. Hornish was indicted for Felonious Assault, and Wells for Complicity in Felonious Assault.
And 27 year old Alysa L. Simpson of Defiance was indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs. The case allegedly involved Methamphetamine and Fentanyl.
