Police in the city of Napoleon have filed charges against 3 subjects in connection with an investigation into Abuse of a Corpse. The alleged incident occurred in the 800 block of Oakwood Avenue in Napoleon on April 2nd.
41 year old Brandon Stiltner of Sherwood, and 27 year old Jamie Hernandez, Jr. of Napoleon were both charged with Abuse of a Corpse, along with Tampering with Evidence. A co-defendant in the case, 28 year old Paulette Bergeon of Napoleon has been charged with Complicity to Abuse of a Corpse, and Complicity to Tampering with Evidence. All three defendants were served charges, and are being held at the regional jail.
