The body of a deceased male found in Paulding County on Tuesday afternoon has been identified. Paulding County Sheriff Jason Landers reports the body of 29 year old Jared J. Hernandez of Defiance was found in the western portion of the cemetery that sits at the intersection of Paulding County roads 179 and 140.
Officials have not ruled on the cause of death after the autopsy; but will await further findings from toxicology testing before drawing a conclusion. That could take several months reports Sheriff Landers; in the meantime we are following-up on leads and continuing to talk with family, friends and associates of Jared. The report indicates Jared Hernandez did not die at the scene, Sheriff Landers says ‘we need answers as to where and why he died, and who put him at the Paulding County location.’
