HENRY COUNTY JURY FINDS BRUBAKER 'NOT-GUILTY' ON ALL COUNTS IN TRIAL

A Henry County jury has returned their verdict in the trial involving William Brubaker of Napoleon, charged with five counts of sexual offenses involving a juvenile.  The jury found Brubaker 'not-guilty' on all five counts, after deliberating several hours on Friday.  The state presented five witnesses that testified in the case, including the alleged victim.   The defense presented one witness in the case, and it was not the defendant. The alleged crimes were reported to have occurred between October 2017, and June of 2020 in the city of Napoleon. But again, the Henry County jury found William Brubaker 'not-guilty' on all counts in the case.
