A jury trial is underway in Henry County Common Pleas Court, where a Napoleon man is facing charges in multiple sex offenses. Jury selection was scheduled for today before Judge Amy Rosebrook, with Bill Brubaker of Napoleon answering charges on two counts of Rape, along with charges of Sexual Battery, and Gross Sexual Imposition. Brubaker was indicted for the felony offenses by a Henry County Grand Jury in October of last year.
