With multiple bidders taking part in the auction; the Northeastern Local School District was able to sell the property that once was home to the Noble School. The building was demolished since it was no longer needed for classrooms, and the winning bidder was Bentley Enterprises. The final bid was $135,000 for the nearly 4.1 acre parcel, which is now bare ground located along Haller Road. The closing on the property will take place for the Tinora School District in the next 30 days. Bentley Enterprises reports they have no definitive plans for the parcel at this point, it is currently surrounded by residential properties and agricultural land.
