HENRY COUNTY JURY RETURNS GUILTY VERDICTS IN BURGLARY AND STALKING CASE

A Henry County jury returned guilty pleas in two felony charges against Brandon Morris of Archbold in common pleas court last week. Morris was facing charges of burglary and menacing-by-stalking in the two-day trial. Prosecuting Attorney Gwen Howe Gebers called 8 witnesses to testify in the case, including the victim. The defendant did not testify in the jury trial. The crimes occurred in January of this year, at a rural Archbold residence in Ridgeville Township. The Henry County Court ordered a pre-sentence investigation for Brandon Morris, with sentencing in the case set for August 16th.
