The Henry County Grand Jury indicted 11 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers. Some of the indictments included:
29 year old Taylor Swartzlander of Napoleon on three counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, which was methamphetamine.
38 year old Jamie Dean Taylor of Napoleon was indicted for Corrupting another with Drugs- a first degree felony.
23 year old Brandon Whalen of Swanton was indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury for Escape.
22 year old Alexandria Ricker of Defiance was indicted for Theft and Trespassing in a Habitation.
And 44 year old Kelly Dean Moore of Wauseon was indicted for Trespassing in a Habitation.
