The Napoleon City Planning Commission has approved the final plat for the Lynnefield Estates Subdivision on the west side of the community. The property is owned by the Goodville Insurance Company, and would include 12 residential lots, many along Claremont Avenue, just north of Napoleon High School. The lots range in size from just under 11,000 square feet, to over 17,600 square feet. Lynnefield Estates is about 45 acres in size total.
