HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 14, INCLUDING TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS CHARGE

The Henry County Grand Jury met last week, and 14 persons were indicted on a variety of crimes, ranging from drug offenses to trafficking in persons.

Some of the indictments include 56 year old Kevin Hatcher of Deshler, who was indicted for Trafficking in Persons, which is Involuntary Servitude. The alleged crimes occurred between November of 2020 and January of this year, and involved a female victim. This is a first degree felony.

55 year old Brent Reynolds of Wauseon was indicted for Felonious Assault. The alleged crime occurred in Napoleon Township on February 22nd of this year.

And four people were indicted for Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, which in this cases alleges multiple drug trafficking offenses from September 2017 to December 2020.These crimes allegedly occurred in Henry, Defiance and Lucas Counties. The indictments for Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity include:33 year old Derek Goeckerman of Holland, Ohio, 38 year old Dustin Hall of Maumee, 51 year old Khalid Nasirdeen of Toledo, and 48 year old Michael Schrickel of Maumee.
