A rural Archbold man residing in Henry County was sentenced to a lengthy prison term in Henry County Common Pleas Court after his guilty pleas on a couple of sex offenses.47 year old Louie Delgado of rural Archbold was sentenced to ten years in prison after pleading guilty to rape, and was sentenced to 5 years for gross sexual imposition. Judge John Collier ordered both sentences to be served consecutively, for a total prison term of 15 years. The crimes involved a juvenile victim. Delgado was also classified as a tier-3 sex offender, which means he must report his address to local authorities for the rest of his life, once he is released from prison.
