The Defiance County Grand Jury recently indicted 11 persons after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Morris, including two men indicted for serious sex offenses.30 year old Jonathon Pontius of Defiance was indicted for Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition, and for Violating a Protection Order, in cases involving a victim under the age of 13.
22 year old Dylan Bush-Allan of West Unity was indicted for Rape, two counts of Sexual Battery, another count of Corrupting another with Drugs. These alleged crimes occurred just north of Defiance.
Other indictments included 22 year old Courtney Jo Ankney of Napoleon, 30 year old Trevor Zimmer of West Unity, and 30 year old Andrew Snyder of Toledo- all indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.
And 61 year old William Shafer of Holgate was indicted for Violating a Protection Order.
