A new wage agreement has been approved between Northwest State Community College and its professional association. The new contract was ratified by vote of the professional staff, and the Northwest State Board of Trustees.
The terms of the agreement call for a 2.3% wage increase each year, for the three years, totaling about 7% for the total salary package. Both sides reported it was a fair and equitable exchange between the two groups, noting a positive work environment. This new 3-year agreement will impact about 50 to 55 staff members at Northwest State Community College.
