There was a huge surge in vehicle titles for Defiance County in the month of June.Clerk of Courts Amy Galbraith broke-down the numbers, indicating there were 3,032 total titles issued last month.That was up 600 from the June 2019 report.New vehicle titles held fairly steady with 131 issued last month, new truck titles nudged up slightly at 81.But van titles, motor homes, watercraft and motorcycle titles jumped significantly in the monthly comparison for Defiance County.The sales tax increase from the hike in vehicle titles was over $550,000 in June.
