The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 20 persons this past week, including 23 year old David McMichael of Cecil.McMichael was indicted on two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, and another for Attempted Gross Sexual Imposition.
47 year old Lisa Burger, and 49 year old Edward Burger, Jr, both of Edgerton, were indicted for Breaking and Entering, along with Possession of Criminal Tools.
18 year old Justice Kramer of Defiance was indicted for Robbery, Aggravated Burglary, and for Assault.
And 18 year old Chaz Pinski of Defiance was indicted for two counts of Importuning, and for Disseminating Matter Harmful to Juveniles.The case allegedly involved a victim under the age of 13.Importuning involves the use of telecommunications to solicit sexual activity.
