A subject is in custody in connection with a fatal shooting incident that occurred Friday around 2pm in Henry County.The sheriff’s office responded to property along Henry County road 6 near road M in Damascus Township, when shots were fired.The shooting victim was found deceased at the scene, and a subject was taken into custody, who lived at that location.Booked at CCNO on a charge of Murder is 53 year old Randall Ottinger of rural McClure.Ottinger put-up no resistance when he was arrested Friday afternoon.Killed in the shooting was James Ottinger, who was in his late 50’s, and was the brother of the prime suspect in the case.The Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Henry County Sheriff’s office collected evidence at the scene, and interviewed witnesses. Sheriff Mike Bodenbender reports a weapon was recovered at the scene. The property is actually where Ottinger’s parent’s reside.An autopsy was scheduled with the Lucas County Coroner’s Office.
