There has now been a third positive test result for the corona virus in Defiance County.The Defiance County General Health District reported the news today (Thur.), confirming the victim is a female, 61 years of age.The first two victims did not have contact with each other, and the health department is tracing more information on contacts for the third victim.The Defiance County Health District did not release any information as to whether any of the victims were hospitalized; or what part of the county they were residents of.
They report this is evidence the corona virus is circulating in the area, so its important to follow the stay-at-home guidelines of the governor.Those guidelines include washing hands frequently, avoid touching your face, covering your mouth when you sneeze or cough with a sleeve or tissue, and practice social distancing.
