The countdown toward primary election day 2020 is 11 days away in Ohio.And county board of elections all over the state will be open this Saturday, and will be extending their hours next week.So if you want to vote early for the March primary, your local board of elections will be open tomorrow from 8am till 4pm.Then next week the hours switch to 8am till 7pm, with extended hours on Saturday and Sunday, March 15th.Early voting will end on Monday, March 16th at 2pm, leading up to Primary election day in Ohio on Tuesday, March 17th.

.A reminder, for the primary election, you have to declare a party, Republican-Democrat-or Libertarian.

Many counties are still in need of pollworkers to man the precincts on election day, March 17th, so contact your board of elections if you are interested.With the coronavirus situation, you may want to bring your own stylus to sign the signature pad and when using the touch screen.The board will be sanitizing equipment frequently through the week.
