Two people are in custody following an investigation into a burglary in progress reported in Defiance County Wednesday afternoon.At about 3:40pm yesterday, the Defiance County Sheriff’s office was dispatched to a residence on Moser Road in Adams Township.They found two subjects inside the home that were not the residents.Arrested for Burglary while Trespassing in a Habitation were 21 year old Luke Daenens of Defiance, and 21 year old Kayla Hahn of Lyons, Ohio.Also recovered on these subjects was suspected Methamphetamine.
Daenens and Hahn were both transported to the northwest Ohio regional jail, and they are scheduled to appear in Defiance Municipal Court on Friday.The cases will also be sent to the Defiance County Grand Jury.
