Jury selection will get underway Monday in Henry County Common Pleas Court for the trial of Randy Burke of Hamler.Burke a former teacher and coach at Napoleon High School, is charged with 12 total offenses, which include Gross Sexual Imposition, and Sexual Imposition.The state, represented by Prosecuting Attorney Gwen Howe Gebers alleges there were 5 victims in the case.Prosecutor Gebers is expected to call about 20 witnesses to testify in the trial, and Defense Attorney Scott Coon has listed 8 to 9 persons as potential witnesses.Judge John Collier will preside over the case.50 potential jurors have been called to report for duty on Monday for this trial.
