HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 15, INCLUDING ADDITIONAL FOR BURKE

The Henry County Grand Jury has indicted 15 persons after cases were presented last week by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers.

Some of the indictments include 19 year old Kaige Royal of Archbold, indicted for Felonious Assault, and Disrupting Public Services.

33 year old Timothy Knepley of Defiance was indicted for Felonious Assault, and Improper Handling of Firearms in a Motor Vehicle.

41 year old Scott Michael of Napoleon was indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury for Felonious Assault, Endangering Children, and Aggravated Menacing.

56 year old Randy Burke of Hamler was indicted for additional offenses above a previous grand jury, including Gross Sexual Imposition, and Sexual Imposition.

And 53 year old Daniel Cook of Wauseon was indicted for Felonious Assault.For Cook and Michael the indictment includes a specification that a motor vehicle was used to commit the Felonious Assault.
