A new 3-year contract for union employees at the Campbell
Soup Company plant in Napoleon was ratified by the bargaining unit in a vote held Sunday afternoon at Napoleon High School. With 75% of the United Food and Commercial Workers union approving the agreement, it calls for at least a 7% wage increase over the three years of the contract.A ratification bonus was also included, and health care was solidified for bargaining unit employees.This new contract for Campbell Soup staff is retroactive to March 10th.
