A Defiance man is in custody following an incident from Sunday at 1am, where a vehicle was fired-at with gunshots on Powerdam Road.The Defiance County Sheriff’s office reports the incident appeared to be an intentional act of violence toward occupants in the vehicle.The investigation led to the arrest of 30 year old George Mack of Defiance, charged with Obstruction of Justice.Mack is being held at the northwest Ohio regional jail.No one was injured in the shooting incident; but the sheriff’s office is asking for more information from the public.
