When Congress and President Trump created ‘opportunity zones’ across America, the intent was to draw private investment into U.S. cities, to improve business and development.Ohio has 320 designated ‘opportunity zones’, representing 73 of the state’s 88 counties.Several northwest Ohio cities are on the list, and primed for investment.They include Napoleon in Henry County, Defiance in Defiance County, and Bryan in Williams County.Fulton County does not have a designated opportunity zone at this time.There is a website where interested investors can learn more about these opportunities.It’s opportunityzones.ohio.gov
