The issue of illegal immigration is having an impact in northwest Ohio.Hicksville Police in Defiance County are reporting the arrest of an illegal immigrant in connection with a sexual assault.With the help of Toledo Police and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation,18 year old Clementine Co-Juc, an illegal immigrant living in Hicksville, has been charged with Rape.Co-Juc appeared in Defiance Municipal Court earlier this week, and returns to court today.Hicksville Police report the sexual assault occurred on April 7th at a residence in the village; but there was no information as to where or what age the victim was.
