Slick road conditions were a factor in a fatal car-pedestrian crash this (Thur.) morning just before 7am. The accident occurred on I-75 near the turnpike overpass in Perrysburg Township. 31 year old Tiffany Anderson of Perrysburg was northbound on I-75, striking a concrete barrier. She got out of her vehicle, walking around to check-out the front end damage. Anderson was struck by a trailing vehicle that went out of control, driven by 22 year old Kent Chovanec of Perrysburg. Tiffany Anderson suffered critical injuries; and was pronounced dead at the scene.
