More sentences were handed down in Henry County Common Pleas Court recently. Daniel Castner of Napoleon pled guilty to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, and to Permitting Drug Abuse. Castner was placed on 3 years of community control, which goes into affect after his release from prison.
42 year old Timothy Miller of Napoleon pled guilty to Attempted Extortion, with a pre-sentence investigation ordered by the court.
And Michael Prystash (priss-tash) of Napoleon pled guilty to 3 counts of Forgery. Prystash was placed on community control for three years, and was ordered to make restitution of over $1,600.
