A multi-agency operation led to the arrest of three subjects wanted for parole and probation violations in Defiance County over the weekend. 46 year old Edward Dalton of rural Defiance, and 28 year old Blaine Heisler of Bryan were taken into custody on Christy Road, Defiance. And 38 year old Christopher Karacson of Harlan, Indiana was arrested in Williams County. Heisler was wanted as a registered sex offender; and Karacson was wanted in Henry County for Menacing by Stalking. The search revealed Dalton and Heisler were in possession of a controlled substance. And 22 year old Samantha Dalton of rural Defiance was found in possession of methamphetamine. All four defendants were transported to the regional jail, and the cases were expected to go to the Defiance County prosecutor for official charges. The Henry and Defiance County Sheriff’s offices were assisted by Williams County law officers, and the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force.
