ARPS BOUND OVER TO HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY-RAPE

A Napoleon man has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony-1 count of Rape.  66 year old Edward J. Arps waived his preliminary hearing in Municipal Court Thursday.  Arps remains in custody on bond.

                   31 year old David Hill of Napoleon was arraigned in court on a felony charge of Burglary.  Hill is being held on a cash bond of $15,000, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 13th.

40 year old Francesca Burgess of McClure was bound over to the Grand Jury on a felony charge of Theft.  Burgess waived her preliminary hearing before the court.

59 year old Porfirio Diaz, Jr. of Toledo waived his preliminary hearing, and was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Breaking and Entering.

And in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, 37 year old Amber Bachelder of Delta pled guilty to Grand Theft, in a case where over $7,500 in property was stolen.   Bachelder was placed on community control for 5 years, and was ordered to serve one day at CCNO.  She must also make restitution of over $30,000 to Fulton County Job and Family Services.
