BALLOT LANGUAGE FOR STATE ISSUE 1 IN NOV. ELECTION

The state of Ohio has released the language you’ll see on the ballot in November for state issue 1 in the general election.  It will read,  ‘to reduce the penalties for crimes of obtaining, possessing, and using illegal drugs.

                   The November ballot will also include a number of state candidate races.  Running for Governor are Richard Cordray, Mike Dewine, Travis Irvine, Constance Gadell-Newton, Rebecca Ayers, Richard Duncan, and Renea Turner.

The battle for the U.S. Senate will include Jim Renacci, Sherrod Brown, and Stephen Faris.

And there are two seats up for Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.  Candidates include Michael Donnelly and Craig Baldwin for one seat, and Mary DeGenaro and Melody Stewart are running for the other.
