WEEKEND TRAFFIC

The Henry County Sheriff’s office made some arrests over the weekend, and are looking for a stolen vehicle.   The auto was taken from Randolph Street in Hamler, and reported stolen Saturday at 10:32pm.  The vehicle is a 2001 Dodge Neon, blue in color.                       Deputies checked-out a theft from a vehicle Friday at 7:37am, when a purse was stolen at 135 East Cross Street in McClure.                                  A trespassing complaint sent the Henry County Sheriff’s office to road 10 near Napoleon at 4:09am Saturday, where 47 year old Jeffrey Diehl of Napoleon was charged with a Probation Violation.   Diehl was taken to CCNO.

An incident was filed from county road S Saturday at 8:12am, where 57 year old Gayla Yaney of Liberty Center was charged with Domestic Violence.  She was issued a summons to court.

And a break-in was discovered Sunday morning along road 1-D, where a barn was broken into, and a number of items were stolen.

Napoleon Police made an arrest Saturday at 8:20pm on Cambridge Street, where 37 year old Benjamin Etter of Napoleon was taken into custody on violation of a temporary protection order, and for Criminal Trespassing.  Etter was transported to the regional jail.

A traffic stop led to an arrest at 12:41am Sunday on Jahns Road, where 32 year old Melissa Thacker of Napoleon was charged with Failing to Appear in court.
