The city of Defiance has found an auto-related industry for their spec building. The new company is Decked, home-based in Ketchum, Idaho; and they make vehicle storage units for pickups and vans. The business already has connections for their products in northwest Ohio, working with 20-20 Custom Molded in Montpelier, and B&B Molded Products of Defiance. They will begin with distribution from the facility on Elliot Road in Defiance, and then move-in manufacturing. Their staff will hit about 25 in the first year, with hopes of expanding after that. Decked plans to move into their new location around September 1st.
